入选安徽省战略性新兴产业技术领军人才、安徽省高校优秀青年人才、大阳城72138官网“我心目中的好老师”,曾获2017年度工信部创新三等奖、安徽省教学成果二等奖,先后主持参与国家级、省部级及横向课题30、参与制定国家标准2项,在国内外期刊发表学术论文40篇,其中SCI/EI收录30篇,授权发明专利6主要从事摩擦学与表面工程、先进制造技术及应用等方面的研究。
